I-285 Top End Express Lanes

In our ongoing efforts to deliver the best and most impactful versions of much-needed infrastructure projects to Georgia, Georgia DOT is revising the Public-Private Partnership (P3) delivery model for the I-285 Top End Express Lanes. This revision would provide significant benefits to Georgia taxpayers, users of the I-285 Express Lanes system, local communities and all travelers in the I-285 corridor north of either interchange at I-20 on the east and west sides of the metro Atlanta area by delivering better projects requiring less public funding.

Information regarding this project can now be found here, where you will learn about the planned improvements on the northern half of I-285 between either interchange at I-20 on the east and west sides in Cobb and DeKalb counties.
